These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between ReviewHandled.com ("we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you") purchasing review response management services. By completing your subscription payment you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
ReviewHandled.com provides professional Google review response management services for property management companies. This includes monitoring your Google Business Profile for new reviews and posting individually written, professional responses on your behalf within 1 to 2 business days of a review being posted.
Subscription and Billing
Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically on the same date each month. Your base subscription of $49/month includes responses to up to 5 reviews per month. Reviews exceeding 5 in any calendar month are billed at $10 per additional response at the end of that month. Your total monthly charge will never exceed $149 regardless of review volume.
Review Response Cleanup Add-On
The Review Response Cleanup is an optional one-time service billed at $79. This covers responses to your 20 most recent and most critical unanswered reviews. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize ReviewHandled.com to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. Overages are billed as a separate charge at the end of each calendar month.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@reviewhandled.com. Cancellations take effect immediately. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. All responses previously posted to your Google Business Profile remain permanently regardless of cancellation.
Google Business Profile Access
To perform this service you agree to grant ReviewHandled.com Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. Manager access allows us to respond to reviews on your behalf only. We have no ability to transfer ownership, delete your listing, remove other users, or access any account or billing information associated with your Google account. You remain the Owner of your profile at all times and may remove our access at any point.
Content and Accuracy
All responses are crafted based on publicly available review content. While we take every care to write accurate, professional, and on-brand responses, we are not liable for the content of reviews posted by third parties or for any outcomes resulting from responses posted on your behalf. If you are ever unsatisfied with a response we will revise it promptly at no charge upon request.
Limitation of Liability
ReviewHandled.com is not responsible for changes in your business reputation, search ranking, revenue, or any other business outcomes resulting from review responses or the absence thereof. Our total liability to you under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.
Modifications to Terms
ReviewHandled.com reserves the right to modify these terms or pricing at any time with 30 days written notice delivered to your email address on file.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
